There wasn't much of a distinction between the Guernsey Art Network and Skipton Art Festival, besides one was an organisation and the other was an event. 

The name of the festival was initially called the Guernsey Art Festival. Ali Ellis set up a meeting with Skipton International, who became our main sponsor bank, one of the provisions being that the festival be named Skipton Art Festival.
